The Pros & Cons of Tournaments

The cost of circuit tournaments can be costly,  if a martial artist not sponsored and does the circuit of tournaments in United States and other countries, the money for registration in tournaments, transportation, room and food, and of course miscellaneous spending because it is like a mini vacation will add up to hundreds of dollars. 

 

If you do more than five tournaments in one year then you are looking at thousands of dollars. 

If, martial artist only competes in their city or state,  then the money will not be as much but still money out of their pockets if not sponsored.

 

To participate in circuit tournaments will give everlasting effects to any martial artist. 

The memories and the experiences will give the martial artist the driving force to do better or quit do to many reasons. 

Whatever the case the martial artist did try and that's the key to life.

 

Tournament gives a martial artist recognition in the martial arts world and self confidence to perform in front of crowds.  

If you place within the top three, then you win a trophy for the dedication and hard work that you put into your style of martial arts.
